assess job orders by their temperature – from hot to cold.
Hot job orders are “find me someone yesterday”. Your company
is in hiring mode. From there, we rank downwards. Some
jobs will open a month or two into the future, and allow
a careful and detailed search.
Your sense
of priority is how we allocate our work assignments. We
aim to please.
We will
find the best person for your opening. Our experience
is that the best people are not usually actively looking
for work. However, they generally want to be informed
about progressive opportunities. THAT’S OUR JOB!
We would
like to take exclusive assignments, but we are very competitive.
We strongly recommend that the employer consider using
a few recruiters to ensure healthy competition and to
maximize the probability that you locate the best available
candidate.
